Joan Clemons

Joan has been sewing since her Grandmother first had her embroider a pillow case. In third grade, her Mother taught her to sue the sewing machine. After attending the Singer pavilion at the New York World’s Fair in 9164, she had to have her own machine! With her love of sewing she completed many Home Ec projects for all of her friends and designed and stitched prom gowns during high school. Joan started quilting decades ago and started teaching soon after. Eventually, this passion lead to long arm quilting. She enjoys all types of fiber arts and quilting styles. Joan loves to share her passion with others and help them find ways to express their own creativity.
