Q: My Sashiko machine will not sew and the hand wheel feels like the machine is locked up, what should I do?
A: When the Sashiko machine is set for bobbin winding the machine motor is disabled. Check to see your bobbin winder spindle is moved all the way to the left.

Q: None of the lights above the needle are lit but my machine is on. What is wrong?
A: Check to see your bobbin winder spindle is moved all the way to the left.
