Dear Baby Lock Customer,
In 2004 we introduced the Baby Lock Ellegante, the premiere sewing and embroidery machine of its kind. As sewing and embroidery technology continues to change and improve, creative consumers are discovering new and exciting techniques that test the capabilities of their equipment, often not covered by their instruction books.
Attached are two instructional updates produced to address some of the most common usage questions being asked about the Baby Lock Ellegante: The Bobbin Case and Center Pin and Using the Thread Trimmer. Please note that these are not faults or failures of the machine, but deal directly with the usage of the machine during a particular technique, such as embroidery.
We are pleased that the Baby Lock Ellegante performs up to the standards a machine of its caliber and we look forward to unveiling the next new sewing product...for the love of sewing.
