• Eleanor Burns - First Lady of Quilting Sweepstakes
  No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
  Sponsors: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Tacony Corporation, through its Baby Lock division (hereinafter "Baby Lock").

  Prizes

  1. ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Wins (1) one Baby Lock Symphony sewing machine (suggested retailer price of $3,999) and Koala Treasure Chest Plus IV Studio in the finish chosen by winner (suggested retailer price of $2,999). Total value of grand prize is $6,998.
  2. SIX WEEKLY WINNERS: Win one of 6 weekly prize packages valued at $200 or less.

  To Enter

  1. From 7/16/2012 to 8/27/12, visit babylock.com/first-lady weekly to participate in the sweepstakes.
  2. Watch video and fill out a registration form to enter weekly sweepstakes.
  3. Each week during the sweepstakes, a winner from all the participating entries will be randomly selected for a weekly prize from Baby Lock.
  4. At end of 6 weeks, one winner will be randomly selected for the grand prize.
  5. Sweepstakes begins on July 16, 2012 and ends August 27, 2012, at 12:01 AM.
  6. The grand prize winner will be announced on or around September 4, 2012.

  For Weekly and Grand Prize Drawing

  1. All entries will be collected and one will be selected through a drawing on the Monday of each consecutive week for the 6 weekly prizes. The prize winners will be posted on babylock.com/first-lady and prizes will be mailed to the winner’s designated address, starting 7/23/12.
  2. The grand prize drawing will occur on or around August 28, 2012. The winner will be notified by email and will need to sign a prize claim document including a declaration of eligibility and liability release, and, where legal, a publicity release, and any applicable forms required by tax authorities and other documents that must be submitted to Baby Lock within 5 days of the grand prize drawing.
  3. Sponsor is not responsible if a potential prize winner does not receive his or her redemption instructions or corresponding prize because an erroneous, fraudulent or bogus e-mail address was provided at the time of registration or if the e-mail it sends to a potential online prize winner is intercepted by SPAM or other e-mail filters, is misdirected or not received for any reason. The deadline for receiving all completed grand prize claim documentation is 5 days after the drawing. Otherwise, the winner forfeits the prize and another winner will be randomly selected.
  4. The grand prize may not be delivered for 4 - 12 weeks after announcement of the winner.

  General Rules

  No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. A purchase will not improve an individual's chance of winning. Open to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older, EXCEPT employees of Tacony, participating Baby Lock and Koala retailers and their respective affiliates. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada and void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner is permitted. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
  
  Return of prize, return of email notification as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these rules will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected by a random drawing. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner's name, hometown, statements regarding this sweepstakes, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, public relations and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  
  Sponsor agrees to pay for shipment of prizes to one location. Shipment of Koala Studio will be arranged through Top Drawer service. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsors, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners understand that Sponsor is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession, participation and/or use of prizes.
  
  Each week, you may write in to enter the sweepstakes. Each entrant may submit one write in entry per week. We do not accept entries from a third party or entries sent in bulk. Mail postcard to Eleanor Burns First Lady Sweepstakes, Attention: Baby Lock Marketing, PO Box 730, Fenton, MO 63026.
