Official Contest Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Sponsors: This Contest is sponsored by Tacony Corporation, through its Baby Lock® division, Quilt in a Day® and McCall's Quilting Publication (collectively "Sponsors").
OVERVIEW OF GAME: Photos of completed quilt blocks can be emailed from www.babylock.com/dreams or a photo can be sent in with an official entry form available at Baby Lock Retailers. Do not sent actual quilt block, it will not be considered as an entry. 12 semi-fi nalists will be selected by Baby Lock and each of those winners will be required to send in their actual quilt block. The 12 semi-fi nalists quilt blocks will be posted on the www.babylock.com/dreams site and visitors can vote to select the Grand Prize and 1st Place prize winners from January 27, 2008 - February 2, 2008.
The Grand prize winner will be awarded a 4 day/3 night stay in Paducah, Kentucky to meet Eleanor Burns and attendance to the AQS Quilt Show. The I'm Dreaming of a Quilt game will be played on stage during the Quilt in a Day event on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 3:30 pm. One of the letters will hold the $10,000 prize. Other valuable prizes will be behind the remaining letters. Letters spelling out the name "Quilter's Dream" will be on stage. The winner will select one of the letters to reveal her/his prize.
The 12 selected quilt blocks will be combined into one quilt and raffled off at the annual Paducah quilt show. Donations will go to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
PRIZES:
1 Grand Prize Winner wins a 4 day/3 night expense paid trip for one to Quilt in a Day's event in Paducah, Kentucky and attendance at the AQS Quilt Show. In order to accept this prize winner must be available to travel and attend this event from April 23 - 26, 2008. Prize is non-transferable. Winner has the chance to win $10,000 cash by playing the I'm Dreaming of a Quilt Game, Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 3:30 pm. Baby Lock will provide transportation to Paducah, food, lodging and transportation to contest venue. Prize winner is responsible for all incidental expenses, including, but not limited to, transportation between their home and the airport terminal, and any personal purchases. Grand Prize trip to Paducah, KY has an approximate retail value of $1,000 plus airfare with an additional chance to win $10,000.
1 First Place Prize Winner wins a Baby Lock Quest™ sewing machine. Total retail value of approximately $2,499.
12 Semi-finalists win the assortment of Eleanor Burns' Quilt in a Day products, including a book, videos and rulers, an approximate retail value of $200. Plus, winners will receive a $100 certificate to purchase items from www.quiltersvillage.com.

Fill out the official Contest entry form with your name, address, zip code, e-mail, plus daytime and evening phone numbers and include a photo of an originally created "I'm Dreaming of a Quilt" quilt block. Baby Lock will select twelve quilt blocks and award the Quilt in a Day Prize Package upon receipt of blocks. From the 12 semi-finalists, visitors to the www.babylock.com/dreams site will vote to select the Grand Prize and 1st Place Winners. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for selection. Limited one prize per family/household. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. 1st Place Prize and Quilt in a Day Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notifi ed by mail and/or e-mail on or about February 15, 2008. Grand prize trip will be notifi ed by February 15, 2008 and prize will be awarded April 23, 2008. Cash prize will be awarded on April 24, 2008.
GENERAL RULES:
No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. A purchase will not improve an individual's chance of winning. Open to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older, EXCEPT employees of any sponsor, participating retailers, the respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada and void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state, and local taxes apply and are the sole responsibility of winner. Return of prize, return of notifi cations as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these rules will result in disqualifi cation and an alternate will be selected by a random drawing. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsors, and each of them, and their agencies to use winner's name, hometown, statements regarding this sweepstakes, voice, photography and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, public relations and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within ten days of notification. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.
